These shark’s teeth were dredged in deep waters in the South Pacific off the coast of New Caledonia. The sailors used a 45 ft fishing boat in which they dragged a large pillow case looking bag. This bag had a metal lip that was used to plow through the sediments catching Megalodon shark’s teeth. They would drag the scoop for approximately 30 minutes and then it would take 30 minutes to winch the bag from 300 meters deep to the boat deck. They would catch on average anywhere between 30 to 174 Megalodon shark teeth in one 30-minute drag. I was Personally there in 2001 and 2002. In 2003 the French government deactivated the permits for dredging Megalodon teeth. Unfortunately, these teeth are rare to come by now. Every megalodon shark tooth listed below is 100 % Authentic. These teeth boast a Beautiful Ivory color with a lustrous Lapidary shine. Get your Megalodon tooth now!
